Privacy policy
HealthCentre.Ai is a product of KwickBlocks. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and our enquiry forms, why, and the rights you have. It does not cover the separate Lucy AI platform you reach when you start a live demo, which has its own terms.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or start the Get Started form, we collect the details you give us: your name, practice name, email, phone, and what you tell us about your practice. If you accept analytics, we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, broad location, device type) to understand how the site performs.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, set up a demo or account, and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We process it on the lawful bases of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
Where it lives
Enquiry data is handled on our own infrastructure and shared only with the team responding to you. We keep it no longer than we need to.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@healthcentre.ai and we will action it.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to run it, plus optional analytics you can decline. We do not run advertising trackers.
